February 19, 20188 yr That is one way to solve that problem. I found that you can bend the tab at the top of the peddle to bring it back quite a bit without welding. This dose bring it in a bit as well so might not be preferable. If not there is always aftermarket peddles that are back a lot and tucked in even more as a secondary option.
February 19, 20188 yr Not trying to be nitpicky here but...It could really get you hurt if the...welds on that extension let go in a nasty downhill section . One more point one might want to check that the little pivot pin is in good condition as its gonna have a little extra twisting force on it, and they do wear out over time
February 19, 20188 yr Best option I can find if your willing to buy new. second item down. "4RT billet rear brake pedal" http://www.handdracing.co.uk/userimages/procart2.htm Edited February 19, 20188 yr by jonnyc21

February 19, 20188 yr I did that mod on my 05 4rt back in 2006, and I have size 11 feet, never could understand the reason for the pedal position especially since the bike is supposed to be perfect !
