Whats the opinion on ," Install new O Rings in filter cover"

as the manual states,  for the oil and filter change. Is this every time ?

    Used to smear grease on my Beta 4t cover, mind you they are so simple to change the filter and oil on compared to a 4rt

    As a cheapskate but not one who wants his bike to implode I change the ring every other time.  

    I always inspect it carfuly just in case though.

    6 years and going, no issues yet.
