June 19, 20188 yr Ok guys and gals, who has tried the new Repsol transmission oil in their Montesa's. have tried to buy more Elf Htx hear in Australia and told unavailable now ?
June 19, 20188 yr Maxima MTL 75, or GRO Extreme 75 are known good options. (Not sure witch you can get there) so I would expect the new Repsol 75 is about the same but still can get ELF here, at least for now...
June 20, 20188 yr I got some from local bloke here in Tassie about a month ago. He is a dealer for Independent Oils who imports it. Just have to find a bike shop etc that flogs off ELF products

June 20, 20188 yr Author Used ATF in my 315 for years, putting up with clutch drag,till I took out 2 clutch springs and changed to Elf. the results were amazing and my riding also got well, nearly amazing. so in a real dilemma if I can't buy Elf here in Queensland anymore. Going to try Australia wide now. Due to restrictions can't get it from overseas.

Have used it it in both 315 and 4rt with completely the opposite effect so maybe the Australian version has different additive packages to European spec -

I use them with the newer OEM friction plates (your 2015 has them) and Dexron VI full synthetic ATF. Very smooth clutch action with that combination, and better shifting (and finding neutral while stopped) than stock with HTX-740.
July 8, 20188 yr I have used the Repsol oil it is very good clutch was good and gear change was slick. Ipone box X-TREM is good alternative to elf also.

July 31, 20188 yr Author Apparently no one Australia will import it,too small a market for the quantity they have to order. So back to the next best thing.
