jonty Posted December 30, 2005 Report Share Posted December 30, 2005 Plenty of Plus-Gas or similar on the nipple then grip the spoke with a pair of mole grips whilst trying to turn the adjuster.If they're really seized the spokes may snap so it may turn into a bigger job!
