Please could any body give me some advice on how to go about tightening the spokes on the front wheel of a 2002 Rev 3. When you turn the nipple the whole spoke turns around.

What is the trick????

    Plenty of Plus-Gas or similar on the nipple then grip the spoke with a pair of mole grips whilst trying to turn the adjuster.If they're really seized the spokes may snap so it may turn into a bigger job!

    I have a few missing.

    Looks like you can't get the new nipples in without removing others first .. sounds like a recipe for disaster.
