Rear brake master cylinder leak, 250 pro gas gas

Hi guys 

I have a brake fluid leak from the swivel spigot were the feed pipe connects from the reservoir to the master cylinder on the rear brake , the spigot is a push fit into a rubber seal , this seal is leaking , has anyone replaced this seal , and who can supply one , I’m in uk . Bike is a 2005 gas gas pro 250
