March 14, 20197 yr How do I get the clutch arm out? I can only turn the adjuster so far then it stops. I’m assuming it is still engaged in the arms shaft. Any help would be appreciated.
March 14, 20197 yr You unscrew the clutch arm adjusting screw which is located in front of the sprocket
March 15, 20197 yr Author Tried that. It goes a half turn or so then stops, both directions.I don’t want to break it.
March 15, 20197 yr Wiggle the clutch arm while you are trying to turn the clutch arm adjusting screw anti-clockwise. There may be a burr on the peg on the adjusting screw that is catching. If you are in doubt about what I'm saying, have a look at a parts diagram and you should be able to see how it works
