Hi All, 

I’m in the market for a trials bike and have seen a few 2017 gas gas’s in my price range (sub 4K) however I’m struggling to differentiate between a racing and a pro or a gp? Can someone please shed some light on the differences?

Racing and Gp are the 2 different models of a gasgas pro trials .The Gp is a higher spec,carbon airbox,better shock are the main difference,the racing is plenty good enough for anyone outside of world championships 

Aside from budget, for a new person to trials skills, engine size is something to consider. The smaller displacement and milder tuned engines are easier to learn skills on. I bought a 2017 250 Gasgas Contact and the performance is still above my needs.
