I've just bought myself a TXT Pro 02...

It has Hebo bars fitted and the brace bar is loose (wobbles). Should it be?

Both adjusters on the fork tops are stuck. I've removed the plastic tops and tried gently using a screwdriver to no avail. Is there are common problems with these. Will I need to strip them down to free them off?

    Wouldnt have said the hebo bar brace should move have you tried tightening it up if so maybe the bars have been bent by the person who had it last.
