Gasgas txt 280 Help: Alan bolt in bash plate other than oil plug ?

02 Gasgas txt Pro 280;  Please can any one tell me what is the forward allen bolt 8x20 in the bash plate for? In front of the oil drain plug. Is it holding something ? Is it to decompress something or to drain something ( water / moisture  from fly wheel area) Im not aware of ? Nothing in the manual. only bolt  the length.

     The Pro motor has nothing like that. The old TXT motor had a drain for the crankcase itself. Very handy when you take the bike swimming.
