May 2, 20206 yr The vin is vtrec2500e1234017 and the guy at the local bike place said its a 2014 but I see more numbers on the motor that are ec30 then under it are 0102044182 ive never had one of these bikes before but normally the vin will match on the frame and the motor so I dont know if its a different motor on the bike or what and the motor will start but no power nd blows white smoke and oil out the exhaust need some pointers please help thanks
May 2, 20206 yr VIN says built December 2013, so it is a 2014 model. Engine numbers do not match frame numbers with GasGas Bikes.
May 2, 20206 yr Author So those numbers on the motor that says ec30 wouldnt mean the motor has been swapped from the 250 to a 300...because who i got it from said sonething that the guy he got it from switched something to a 300 but he wasnt forsure...and im pretty sure my problem im having is a crank seal so I need to know that I'm ordering right parts thanks for your help
