i have a 1999 gas gas contact txt and the forks need servicing does anyone know where I can find a service kit for them as I can’t find one also does anyone know what oil to put in them.

Those are probably Hebo brand forks. Seals you can find easily. Takes 299cc 5wt. 

 I forget what size they are, just pop one out.

By the way, those actually unscrew off the fork leg. So you can do the fork seal without taking the whole fork apart.
