December 26, 20205 yr I'm new to owning a Beta, in fact this is my first Trials bike (at 58) so any help would be appreciated. I recently bought a (as advertised) 2003 270 Rev 3, a while after getting it back I checked out the frame number and it had it as a 2000. Now yesterday while my Mrs was cooking the turkey I started to take it to bits as I want to give it a full refurb. Now after taking off the rear mud guard I see what appears to be the newer 2003 airbox which might explain why the exhaust can has a homemade extension so the bracket can attach to the subframe. Ay help would be great.
