Isn't it the japanese bike? Fujinami has some plastics on like that at one point.

    It looks like the 4rt which fuji competed on at last years Japanese round. Possibly the limited edition "Japanese market" 4rt (called a Honda rtl, over there). Same bike- different BNG's (Bold New Graphics)

    Why cant we have plastics like that over here? The 05 ones were a bit cr*p looking, compared to this
