January 13, 20215 yr Has anyone managed to source a fan motor for an evo. My 18 evo fan has virtually seized, bike overheated so I did all the usual checks - stat, wiring, etc and bottom line is the motor is toast but I obviously don't need the whole thing ie fan, housing etc I just need a new motor so £150 + seems a tad excessive. I've done a bit of digging and vertigo gas gas have a very "similar" and cheaper unit but I'm aware they may be a different spec. Just don't realy want spend £150 for something that is maybe available for a lot less just because it's not got "beta" links Cheers Chris
January 14, 20215 yr It will just be a Chinese made motor same as the rest get the sizes and do your homework on the net I’m sure you will find something for not much money

January 14, 20215 yr Author I've just been In touch with the manufacturers and they don't actually sell the motor separately ?, only sold as part of the complete unit - fan /housing etc - 2nd hand it is then
