2010 125 txt pro rear brake hose

Featured Replies

Hi, new here and need some advice.

I've noticed that the rubber hose pipe going from the master cylinder to the reservoir on my bike runs under the suspension linkage and between the dogs. It's getting squashed and is also in a dodgy exposed place between the suspension and the ground. I think at some point the previous owner has routed it incorrectly, but I can't find any images online to show me how it should look.

Can anyone help with the correct route this pipe should take?

Cheers,

JC

The reservoir to master cylinder hose shouldn't be long enough to do any of that (and should be downhill all the way, it's gravity fed!), I don't know the specific routing but on the earlier bikes it was just a simple s-shaped affair IIRC.
