I bought this Cota from the Original Owner and have been working on getting it sorted out. 

Its a very early model : Vin 21M00348, possibly a 1968?...  It has the IRZ carb, big hubs, no chain tensioner or mount for one. Everything besides the tires is probably original.
 

The bike runs but i have replaced the crank seals, base gasket and replaced the petcock. Working on getting tires/ tubes/ rim locks changed, seat recovered (foam is deteriorating).

I don't think it will get a cosmetic upgrade, just mechanical. I like the patina.

    Gorgeous bike (except perhaps the tyres!!). And love the patina - a 53 year old bike shouldn’t be dressed up to be a newbie. Nice.
