Hi,

Can you true the rear wheel while it mount to the bike with the tire on it?

    Sometimes during truing the wheel, a spoke head will  protrude and in time puncture the tube. If you are just tweeting a few spokes you should be ok.

    You can adjust spoke tension a bit, but if the rim is wobbly and out of true, I would remove the tire, put it on a stand, lube every spoke nipple, and true it carefully.
