Some where on here i saw a carbon fibre flywheel casing and im considering doing this to my BETA but was wondering if anyone knew where i could get quite a large sheet for not much money

I thought maybe these "Chav my motor" car shops maybe?

I`m sure if you know someone in the aerospace industry you could persuade them to acquire you some or if you mean the fake stuff the try and find someone with a amccess acount or the like they are motor trade wholesales people

Up at the farm they have a hot air gun and we use it to mend mudguards etc

if i get some carbon fibrey stuuu im sure this will do it

The carbon fibre sheet that gasgas Kev used is sold in Halfords at the usual "Bling my motor" shelf, it sells for around

That idea failed miserably.

My beta has an oily feeling flywheel cover and this stuff doesnt stick to it

May possibly get an 06 cover anyway so this stuff may stick to it

i covered the back light and that looks A*******

I got the sheet from halfords and some mug there priced it at

Im going to have ago on my gas gas hope it goes alright though cos thats looks quite good and your not really paying for it yourself something youve made really. Thank Kev for the idea Heath

Do you have any idea what Kev used for the plug on the front sprocket?

The plug on the sprocket looks like a handlebar end plug

Thats what i thought but it needs modifying if it is but how ?

as i mentioned previously it failed miserably but the half that did stick looked very nice just a shame it didnt all stick

is it easy to get off then if you do a boo boo ?

yea just heat it up again and itll come off with a bit of pulling
