Hi all help need please, I am looking to take my 1979 sherpa 350 on long distance trials next year. 80 to 100 miles in a day. I would really like to do something about the seat as I don't think my bum will take it. Anyone changed their seat for something with more padding than the standard seat. Any ideas will greatly be received by my bottom. Thanks.

I think any of the later Alpina (M165 and on) seats, along with their larger tanks, should bolt right on.

This is certainly true of the previous generation of frames, which I am more familiar with, but I believe it still holds true with the later models.
