2023 Epure Race, manual pgs 33 and 35 and 36,

TKO and TC Traction control do not seem to work, even after reset.  (The FRB, motor braking works)

EM Connect, the app, I can't get through the screen to enter a code.

I have worked with the dealer, who is sending me a switch and diagnostic cable.  Dealer says the feature is new and optional, it doesn't know.

I have emailed EM France without any reply on these three issues.

Is there something the dealer and I are missing?
