March 29, 200620 yr REBUILD 4RT FROM DEALER SEEMS TO BE NOISY NOT A TAPPIT SOUND MORE OF A CAM CHAIN BOUNCING AROUND HAS ANYONE DONE WORK IN THIS AREA
March 29, 200620 yr Cam chain Adjuster??If these are not adjusted correctly or faulty,the chain slaps against the guides Some are self adjusting,possible oil delivery problem.Hard to diagnose without hearing it,so I'm guessing.Hope this helped

March 30, 200620 yr Dear Roy, I have spoken to the Dealer (NORMAN WATT)- You MUST take it to him and let him adjust the same (if it is the cam chain - but I would interested to know what the idle speed is set at and he can check that too).
