    there actually is a quoted UK Plc 'star energy' with the upstanding mr. wessell at the helm (AOL money short code STAR, and the shares rose today!)

    they actually are building a gas /oil plant in hampshire ( verified via hampshire council planning and 'Singletrack mountain bike magazine '!!)

    the private email address ( laposte.net ) is proving hard to track down but time will tell
