April 2, 200620 yr Hi does anyone have any idea were i could pick up a workshop manual for a Montesa 315r 2002. Also i have a problem with clutch drag at low revs. Any thoughts? Many thanks.
April 2, 200620 yr I have an 02 model 315r, and yes the clutch was dragging with seemingly no cure. I had SUREFLEX plates installed and have had no problems since, although I am sure you will find many cases of the stock clutch being fine. They are great bikes , Hold onto it!
April 3, 200620 yr I have a manual for a 2002 315R scanned and converted to pdf files on CD. Simply print off the pages you want each time you do a job in the garage and then throw them away, simple. I was selling these on ebay a while back and have a few left so if you want one send me a pm (private message) and I'll send you some details. Best clutch I ever fitted to a 315R was from the Honda CR250, bit pricey at the time but fantastic, never dragged again or made that awful graunching sound when slipped at high revs in high gears.
