Featured Replies

i have split my back mudgaurd the stickers are holding it together is there any way i could glue or plastic weld (i heard)?

any suggetions would be appriciated

thanks scott

bend a peice a thin steel to the shape of the under side of the mud gard as you only need it on the bottom and rivet it eather side of the crack hope this helps!!

i have done the same thing to my sherco where the screw that holds it on

i drilled two holes either side of the crach and put a cable tyre

hope this helps as it holds for quite long untill u flip or fall awquardly and strech the cable tyre

Broke my rear practising in the garden recently ;) but managed to bodge it by Aralditing a piece of flexible perspex type stuff across the crack underneath then "plastic welding" (i.e. melting) around the edges with the fat tip on my soldering iron. It sure as hell don't look very pretty but seems to be holding.

The fumes coming off it were probably best not inhaled though
