June 26, 20251 yr Hi everyone. Totally new to trials and Totally new to beta. I just bought a cheap and cheerfull 2007 rev4t 250 4-stroke. The clutch is dragging and it seems to then when driving it has to be let out completely then it engages kinda sharply. Anyway I found a few hints where you file the glue off the friction plates and polish the little dogs on the plates so I'll try that. But the lever is a bit sloppy and the screw that pushes the piston in the master cylinder is pushing at an angle? There's a small leak there too. Having a little trouble finding a master cylinder rebuild kit for it, hard to identify my master cylinder? Any tips appreciated. I'll add photos of master and of the parts that don't seem to line up.
