Hi,

Need some help with the wiring with my 1994 Beta Techno. I bought the bike and the lighting was removed. They also removed the cooling fan. I have been trying to get everything back together but the only way I can get the fan to start is if I give it a push. The lights are dim on the bike also. I think it may be the voltage regulator but not sure how to test.
