Isn't trick photography great? Seems like all of the latest major flicks are made up principally of trick photography too.

Takes all the fun out of it but you asked so here is how it was done. The motorcycle makes a normal jump. The van is superimposed in place to make it look like it was there during the jump. Cables were hooked up to the van and yanked to simulate the supposed landing movement of the bike in the van. Very clever. The program showed a close-up of the supposed bike landing in the van and it was quite evident that he would have been decapitated as the combining of both videos was not lined up as close as one thinks. His head is some three inches higher than the rear door opening. Now all of your fantasies are shot.
