May 20, 200620 yr As any one had problems with rear shocker flap i have only rode my new bike for 8 hours and gone through a standard flap and a heavy duty one. Seems like rear wheel is catching it i have adjusted rear spring and damper settings as i am not on the slim side! Also chain is adjusted corectly
May 20, 200620 yr You wont go through so many when your chain stretches and you move the wheel back, its quite a common problem. Make a new one out of an old inner-tube.
May 20, 200620 yr Try and get hold of one of those clear rubber strips that factory's use for loading bays (lots of strips hanging down to keep the draught out while the doors are open). Quite thick stuff and very tough too...
May 21, 200620 yr It's the same on my new 2006 Rev3. I wonder if fitting a half link to the chain would help?
