June 1, 200620 yr In the SACU regs book it say's that you must display the last three digits of your competition license on the front of the bike when entering a trial. Do you just buy sticky numbers from an auto dealer to do this or what?
June 1, 200620 yr I believe this rule was adopted to reduce the amount of flak officials get from riders etc. If a rider displays his/her number they can be reported to the Clerk of the Course should the need arise. Furthermore, I think this rule only applies at National trials as opposed to Closed to Club. A lot of riders just use paper and a marker pen, or even a bit of brown packing tape and marker.

June 2, 200620 yr Furthermore, I think this rule only applies at National trials as opposed to Closed to Club. It applies to all events, unless the promoting club supplies you with a riding number (i.e. IDMCC) D.
