the pro has alot lighter components but is less reliable with gearbox issues, the txt is more reliable and more of a clubman bike instead of a expert bike,

on the usa dvd manual, jim refers to the edition as the 'economy' model.

Take that as you will,

I have a pro and the gearbox is rather noisy but i suppose thats the price of having a smaller gearbox that only needs four gears to make six !
