just done a top end re-build on mont 315r, (got the bike broke) it now runs but the clutch dosent work, not that familer with bleeding,
read a few thing on here and watched a few vids on you tube, but when i look at the clutch slave cylinder part thers no oil bleeder on top ? is this normal?
can i remove it and replace it easly, then bleed from bottom up thanks lee

after removing clutch slave cylinder assembey and hold the piston and press the clutch it moves about 1-2mm how much should it move thanks lee

cant find nothing on a search

In the manual linked to here - Link...

Section 4-11 shows the slave cylinder with what looks like a bleed nipple so not sure why your's hasn't got one... I would double check on my bike but its cold out! :thumbup: Will have a check tomorrow.

I guess if you haven't got one, you need a nipple!

I've not bled the clutch on mine yet so I'm not sure how it'd go.

all the pics iv looked at have the nipple on , but if u look at the drawing 4-8 thats what mines like cheers lee

Yeah I think you need a nipple! Mine has a nipple.

Give Sandifords a call, I reckon you'll be looking about £20 for the proper one or take the bolt to a bike garage and they should have one with a nipple that will work for less.

I can't see how you'll bleed it otherwise. :thumbup:

banjo bolt with nipple, got one sorted from a local garage pick it up tomoro, have some fun bleeding, thanks all
