Hi there folks, new to the forum and joined cos my two youngsters have recently started riding. We have a TY80 at the moment and a second one on its way shortly. Years since I was on a trials bike but now looking at getting one to join the kids in all the fun. May well be asking advice on the bikes and the Yorkshire trials scene. Well I will start now with a question, has anyone out there done a TY80 big wheel conversion. The standard 14"/16" are fine for the 10 year old but I am looking to some larger (16"/19") wheels to fit to the second bike for the 12 year old. I have read that the 32 spoke rims make things difficult. Cheers John.

Hi John,Holly,Jake. Where abouts are you, Im in Tod and just got back into Trials after some 30+ years. Started on a TY80 when I was 11 so know exactly how much fun your 2 are having. Me and my 19 year lad ride up at Cowm. If you have not been up there already, give it a go. Its a great place for the kids to learn and Safe. If you are already riding up there then come and say hello sometime. Not sure about the "big wheel" conversion, but Im sure someone on here will be along with an answer pretty soon. Warren
