Hi I’ve got hold of a virtually unused Tx125 (2008) that’s been in storage. I want to convert it to a 225 either using a kit (S3?) or parts. Can anyone advise where I might get hold of the necessary bits? Many Thanks Andy

Hi, I'm starting my winter project soon - restoring my 1967 Bultaco Sherpa T. Can anyone recommend a good engine rebuilder not too far from Oxfordshire ? I'm happy taking stuff apart and basic things, but actually want the engine to work properly and last longer than the last 2stroke i rebuilt. Thanks.

hi i'm new to trials central i've just bought myself a 2011 beta evo 250 and was wondering is the fan meant to run nearly all the time? after 2 long runs out the plug seems very black and oily any advice on this would be great thanks?? whilst i'm on how much gear oil do i use?? many thanks

I just wanted to give a shout-out for Custom Hoses (customhouses.co.uk). I ordered a special brake hose at lunchtime on Friday. It was made on Friday afternoon and delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday morning. No connection except as a very satisfied customer.

This might not be the correct forum but... When I try to look thru all the posts on here I can look at 4 or 5 pages then I am taken to the last page. That leaves 100+ pages that I am unable to see? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Last time I was out on my txt 300 noticed some smoke coming from below tank, had a look and most wires for the fan were melted and charred. On Futher inspection I saw the thermostat module/rectifier/ regulator (saw it called a few things had basically melted . Are there any specific causes for this or should I just start replacing parts. Thanks in advance just looking for some knowledge.

Envious of those who will be going to Sheffield Indoor XTrials... last went in 2001 and loved it! Will have to wait for Trials Central to give me updates on it. Hello! I was directed here by Google, sorry if it’s the wrong place to ask the question! I have an Oset bike, 24 Senior, we bought it in July 2020. It was used a few times only and then its engine was stuck, gave out some u happy smoke and my husband had to literally carry it home. 🫣 Since then we had it in storage, it looks fine otherwise and because nobody’s going to use it we thought of selling it for spares. Is it a viable idea or…? Thank you!

Hi All, I am in need of a new alloy ( if possible ) rear sprocket for my 1969 AJS 37AT that I am busy building. I have attached a sketch of what I need. If I can get only get one that is close, then I am sure I can modify it to suit. The existing sprocket has been made from two steel sprockets and weighs the same as a baby hippo !! I have been looking for a pair of upper fork legs for my 2014 Montesa 4rt repsol. Is there an alternative that will fit the 39mm Showa lower legs? Hard to find Montesa parts that don’t break the bank! Cheers

Good afternoon, I have a 2011 beta evo 250 2t. Had it for a couple of years now. Having s issue where when I rev it, it can take ages to come back down. I have tried messing with mixture screw and doesnt seem to make any difference if 2 out or 3/4 out. I have had the card apart and clean all indivicdual components with carb clean. Again no difference. I have tried to spray brake clean at intake system to see if it revs it doesnt change. Am I right in thinking this could be the crank seal? Or am i barking up the wrong tree? Also its does idle fine. TIA

Im fairly new to trials, started in December. On one of my early events, I got penalised with a 5 for rolling backwards on a section. Not very far, maybe 10 or 12 inches. So im rather confused when I watch all the hopping about to see really good riders jumping backwards and even rolling backwards. This morning there was a clip of a rider bouncing his bike around and rolling back into a prime spot pointed out by his minder. Are there different sets of rules for club trials and national events? Im not moaning at all, just confused Cheers all
