Hi guys found this forum and looks a good place to start and for advice. I've just got into trials biking and bought myself a sherco 290cc 2010. If anybody knows where to go to practice and place in my area would be awesome or to join a local club.

Hi guys Just about to buy my first trials bike at the grand old age of 31 and came across this site, Hopefully i'll be able to find out loads of info and maybe make the odd contribution (when I know what i'm on about lol) Im from wolverhampton west mids so if there are any guys around that know of some spots that would be decent for a beginer please let me know? I rode BMX to a decent level (a good few years ago) so hoping to pick this up without killing myself :-) I know this is different but some of the basics like balance etc should see me ok, but im a quick learner anyway! Hello from Wisconsin! (In the crime free USA) I am an old trials rider from waaay back.....and have just recently come full circle and got a new trials bike again after many years of riding motocross/enduro/hare scrambles. I got my start at 14 years old when I bought a new Suzuki RL250, but have also owned Bultaco and Ossa trials bikes too. Just bought a new 2018 Montesa Cota 300RR and I'm very impressed with the bike and how advanced they are now. Looking forward to getting better and challenging my self through out the remaining year.......before the snow comes again and I switch equipment to the snowmobile.?

Hi to all, 3 months ago mentioned to the wife "would'nt a motorbike be handy for going to work rather than another car". When the reply came "yes, perfect and you could always use my car if you needed it", I had to clean up the kitchen where I had just spat my mug of coffee. Before a change of mind could be made, jeep sold, BSA C15 trials bought in UK and delivered to Ireland. I had the pleasure of working in a motorcycle shop during school/college which specialised in Brit parts, so have a bit of a background, but need a refresher course..Bit disappointed with the suspension of the bike but new oil in the front forks stopped the bottoming, and new Betor rear shocks order…

Hi all, Just popped in since got into trials just this year. From dual-sport and big trailie background and I always wanted a trials bike for many years in row till recently I saw an Ossa TR280i 100th Scottish Six Days Trials model - I was blown away and man I was in love! Function and beauty match made in heaven. There was simply no way out from finally getting a trials bike since then and it preferrably had to be an Ossa TR-series. Just loved how these awesome bikes are built with a fresh engineering approach. I've always had a soft spot for radical design ideas, so there's was bit expexted ownership love and passion involved in the final decision too I guess. S…

Hello Guys Names Matty, been riding since I was about 4yrs old, started on an Auto Yellow Moto Guzzi, moved up to a TY80 and have a 2003 Sherco 200cc which I have had from new and still looks it! Rode at Guisborough District & Scarborough all my life. Never actually ridden competition, but just enjoy weekend riding! On the lookout for a 2011 Beta Evo 250cc or Sherco ST2 250cc as I have finally out grown my Sherco at 21... Look forward to getting involved!

Hello all i have been riding motorbikes since i was like 2, first ride was not pretty i was out cold for 2 days its a good story but it never put me off riding, i have been riding road bikes and motoX bikes for that time but i always liked the riding style of trials, IMO a bit more fun than riding a 450 around i had been thinking of buying a trials bike for like 3 years, you know that feeling when you want to do something but you procrastinate basically what i have been doing for the last 3 years until my older brother came to me with an offer,my 2008 Kawasaki Z750 for his 2005 txt 300 pro and 2015 crf450r, the trade was pretty far in my favor but my brother h…

Hello to you. I am a French 56 years and I practice the sidecar trials with my wife. We run the Championship of France for the second year. I practice trials for many years, always on Montesa. Hi, just joined, used to do schoolboy trials in the 70's and thinking about getting back into trials, so you know roughly how far over the hill I am :-)...... It seems the technology has changed a lot with the bikes, I think the new bikes look like they may be easier to ride than the twin shocks I used to ride (TY175) so looking around for a Beta, Gas Gas etc. I remember my old TY175 had an oil pump for the 2 stroke lube, wondered if this is still a standard feature on the modern 2 stroke bikes, or do we have to try and work out 20 part's to one ratio ? Anyway, if I get a bike, you will know it's me as I will probably be the one on the deck every 5 mins .... Hope to …
