  1. Hi Twinshock, I fitted one of these to my Cub and it was so easy to fit and like you it started on first or second kick. I'm just wondering if you left the timing set in the middle of the slots as per instructions as you cannot really guarantee where the timing is. Mine is a side points model which should be the same as your 64 cub and I bolted a small timing disk to the end of the points shaft marking 8 degrees BTDC on it and then used a timing light to check it. Initially it showed up as way out even though the bike seemed to run well but when adjusted it was much improved. Hope this may have been a help to you. Kenpi
  2. Thanks for that James, looks like a very good sight for trials cubs.
  3. Hi, Decided to replace the leaking fork seals on my Trials cub TR20 which has heavyweight forks with internal. Everything was stripped down but when it came to trying to get the seals out of the fork seal holders I was stumped. Can anyone tell me how they actually come apart to replace the seal as they do not seem to pull or screw apart. Regards Ken
  4. Hi Everyone. Living in Dublin, Ireland and have been in and out of this site for years but never got around to joining until now. I still have my first trials bike 1963 Cub TR20 which I have had for the last 33 years, a Bulto 340 199B and a TXT 280. Cheers Ken
