  1. Lemurm I did it when it was blocked but it didn't unblocked it. I don't know what was blocking it but it was really hard to unblock with the guitar string.
  2. I finaly found it. The second hole, the one for the oil line was really blocked. It's so small that I had tu use the smalest guitar cord and even with that it was difficult to pass in the hole. I'm waiting for a sight glass I ordered from UK (I'm in Canada) and when I'll receive it, I'll rebuild it and put the AJP back on the OSSA! Thanks Tr1AL for that video, it helped a lot!
  3. Interesting video. The only thing I can see is the seal on the piston. There's something strange on my AJP. There's 2 holes location. But on one of them, I can't see any hole. I tried with guitar string and it's like there's no hole. I will check again tomorrow. Thanks!
  4. I bought a master and a hose on Amazon for little less than $50. It took something like 30 min to install and bleed with a syringe and it work very well. I really can't see why the AJP is not working!
  5. The hose is not blocked but the master seem to do nothing when I pump it. I removed everything from the master and cleaned everything and I can't see why it doen't work. I even replaced the piston and seal, I have another one new. The hole on the buttom of the master is clean and there's no leak from the master or the caliper. It's the first time I see something like that. We have our first trial of the season sunday, so I ordered a cheap chinesse master and a hose from Amazon. I'll see if I can do something with that before sunday
  6. I did the syringe trick to fill the front brake hose and then put the hose on the front master. But when I push on the syringe nothing happen, it's rock solid. Do I need to pull the front brake lever to open it?

    K-Scan for Ossa

I just did a test and used a 12V battery instead of the 9V of the old Easy start that is already on my 2012. I can ear the fuel pump. Now it's too late but I'll try to start it with the 12V tomorrow to see if it make a difference. Right now the TPS is at 0.620 with the engine not running, which I think is ok from what I read. Tomorrow I will also check the RPM to see if it's at 1400 RPM. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks for that info lotus54. I have found your thread about the "super easy start", very good info. But I have a question. You wrote to connect the 12v battery to the red and black of the diagnostic connector. Are you talking about the connector where we connect the computer with Kscan? On my 2012 TR280i there's no red and black wires on this connector.

It's been a while since I set the TPS (many years) and it is really hard to start. What spark plug are you using? Right now I have an NGK Iridium BPR5EIX but I think it's too cold, the weather here is now around 50F-60F at this time of year.

I tried to use the 9v easy start button to send some power to the ECU and it worked. I can see the TPS and some other info.

Is there a way to access ECU without engine running? Some way to give power to the ECU with a battery or something?
  12. I found the part in Europe, just wait for it now!
  13. I already checked both bearing and they rotate very well. What you see is only a reflexion of the light. There's no metal fragments.
  14. That's what I think too. Yesterday I looked all over to tried to find that part. Can't find it.
  15. Yes the wheel can rotate. But with nothing to compare, I can't tell if there's some worn on that wheel. Just to do some test, I installed the drum at the 4th or 5th gear where it is less worned on the drum and I can changed gear at this place. It is not smooth, but it work.
