Hi All, I'm scouring the internet for bike classifieds and have come across a Gas Gas 250 on Ebay which fits the bill. The owner seems to have advertised honestly, which is a good thing, but now I need to understand the faults he's described. He states that the previous owner told him the carb was recently rebuilt, but that he has found it hard to re-start if you stop once its warm. He goes on to say if you switch the fuel off when you stop and back on when you start then its ok. all mentiones that the fan is now hard wired and runs all the time. Does this sound like a problem or not? If not, the moneys right so I could be jumping in a van for a 400 mile round trip! Look forward to any responses. Dave.
