  1. rear shock for txt

    Hi Guys I am trying to upgrade my gasgas 1999 contact to a txt 2000. I have purchased the frame, seat, plastics and air box off a txt 2000 gasgas which was being sold for spares. However I didn’t count on the rear shock being different. It looks like the diameter of the spring is smaller on the newer models, also I think it sits the other way up. I have tried everything to make my original shock fit but no luck. It just doesn’t have the clearance with the new frame. The rear shock linkages look different as well however I am not sure if this matters. If anyone knows where I can get hold of one I would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot Lewis
