  1. cheers for the link B40RT and yes i agree its probs the tyre not rim, the tyre has very small grooves close to the edge of the rim most are fine but ive noticed where it is leaking is always where these are, think going to remove tyre and gently scrubb them off and clean rim and refit.
  2. Hey you guys! Just wondering if anyones had any bother with these wheels leaking around edge of rim, It has a IRC tyre fitted and looks to be seated fine all round on both sides however just pumped it upto bout 40psi and discovered its leaking on 1 side, the problem is it is fine at 4 or 5psi when not in use but as soon as hit any rocks etc it doesnt stay up long! Any advice would be appreciated.
  3. hi there matey, you can get croft key from marty wilsons garage in darlington now, i think its just across road from halfords in darlington. Hope this helps.
  4. Yes i know what u mean but i had it on my 300 for approx 3 years and was fine,ul find that once it been in for a lil while the rubber gives and fits easy each time. Anyway least we both got rite carb on!
  5. Hi there, just seen your post, I recently bought a second hand keihin to fit on my gasser which had the adapter on the end of it, having tried it I wouldnt recommend as it sits carb to far back meaning that airbox bolts dont qute line up! All you need to fit keihin is a reed block spacer, its a plate about 10-12mm thick n sits between head and inlet, i ran one on my old 300 and worked a treat as does new 280. A keihin will fit into original manifold just needs bit of persuasion!
