    yes mate, where the wheel has rubbed against it. may try to get a plate welded on, probably cheaper and its on the inside so it wont show up as bad. shame though as it shouldn't have happened. got a bar in and tweaked the frame, and put in some spacers to move the end can over. Also after a mudguard for the back as it is cracked slightly, thanks for the help all. Adam.

    i have a 2005 Rev3-250 with a hole in the exhaust due to the back wheel bearings letting go on me. not sure weather to get a plate welded on or to buy a new end can. although i cant find one on the net at all?? thinking the welded plate may look a bit tacky, any ideas where i can find one? much appreciated...
