Hi all. Wondered if you could help at all. I've had my beta rev 3 for a few months now and after pitting a new piston and rings in it is struggling to start from cold. It will fire first kick when hot. I have a good spark, Loads of compression, Clean air filter, Clean carb, Stator and coil clean and dry Carb settings adjusted and now back to standard I have noticed when I kick it over the exhaust fills with petrol. It fills up that much that it leaks out of the gasket. I took the exhaust off and had to tip it out there was that much. Do you think it could be the jetting. I have checked the jet which is easy to remove from the bottom of the carb and if my memory serves me correctly it says 150? I always drain the carb and turn the fuel off when it is put away. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
