Before you start messing with jets and needles what 2t oil ratio are you using.Had a similar problem and the exhaust was full of oil,hence the need to give it a scream every ride.if you've been pottering in the garden might be the case. I have a 3 year old ktm 250 six days and that still has the same plug fitted from new. Pull the front pipe only takes 2 min and let us know if its full of oil,also a bit poor that you cannot service the silencers properly ATB,Malc

May sound basic but are you getting fuel through the tap Sometimes need to go right back to the start and check one thing at a time Cheers malc
