Bearings seem ok, How do I check pick up?

Is there anyone who can offer some help. I currently have no spark (you can see a very faint spark if it's very dark) done usual, check plug earths etc but nothing obvious. Took flywheel cover off and was full of white powder. Took off fly wheel and coils and surrounding area completely covered with like a chalky, lime covering. Thought found problem cleaned it all up put it back together had spark for 2 kicks but then back to no spark. Took flywheel back off and got coils out. The lighting coil seam to be about 8 ohms but the others wires to earth are about 1 meg. Does anyone know what the coil values should be? Have a wiring diagram for the ignition system or have any ideas of the problem. Also noted all paint has come off the inside caseing behind fly wheel and the casting in very poor or bits have broken off..

Has anyone got a wiring diagram for a Sherco 2011 290. The previous owner removed the mapping switch. He said he could not tell the difference between the 2 settings. I would like to wire it back up to see for myself.
