Thank you Woody I think to problems is I have to much travel of the brake plate arm before the pads engage. Pads are new there was padding on the round brake pivot on the inside of the plate I have just measured the dia of the hub braking surface and that is well within the manual tolerances. Is it normal to pad out to round pivot?

OK I have verified that my swing arm is still a mk 1. Would anyone know which cable I would need. I have the one with the nipples on both ends and adjuster in the middle. Would I need the one with the threaded rod at the end.

It looks like I have the cable for the wrong model. There is no threaded bar on the hub end. Im bike is mk1 but have mk2 swingarm

Hi I'm wondering if any has modified the rear brake on a Ossa Mar to remove the cable and convert into a direct link pull. If so how is this done and does it improve the rear brake action at all. Many thanks

hi all splitting gas gas txt 50 boy engine can anyone tell me what size nut is on the clutch end of the crank please, apparently I will have to mill a socket down tried a 14mm and that was not it. Many thanks
