  1. Is there a specific method to removing the motor? Order of bolt removal? I know I can leave the water pump together and just remove it. Any suprises I should be aware of? If when welded up and things dont align is there method of compressing the frame? I dont think that will be a problem with skidplate removed though. Thanks again.
  2. Hello all, first post here. I just picked up a 2005 txt300 pro and am going through it to find the bugs. Biggest thing I've found is cracked lower engine mounts. Like http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/39855-2008-txt280-cracked-lower-engine-mount/?fromsearch=1So I am going to get it welded up. My question is with bashplate off and swingarm on can I take out the bolt going through the mount and case to get some good welds. Or is taking that bolt out going to be to much stress somewhere? Any pictures of repaired mounts? Tips? Also I have been searching and determined that it was a flatened bashplate/loose swingarm axle that caused it. It is about 15mm to long now after removal. Any tips on re bending bashplate? Or replacement? I am in the states. Thank you for your time.
