You will find the cylinder is 1mm taller, I found this with the kit from him. You need to machine 1mm from the bottom of the cylinder for this item to work correctly. Do not use a connecting link or change the length of the chain. I can not believe Leezy is still supplying these when he knows they are not correct.

Unfortunately the only way is a full crankcase split and replacement of the kickstart pinion and ratchet, these are the 2 items that will be causing the slippage I would also replace the spring. All these parts are XL185 items.

Some parts will be the same but the crank, some of the gears , flywheel, cylinder- bored to 66mm, the outer cases are also slightly different as is the left crankcase and the gear change shaft.
