  1. Hi does anybody know were I can get a Grimeca front brake master cylinder repair kit for a Montesa 315 2001.Ive already tried Sandifords and splat shop
  2. Hi thanks for the advice . Turns out it was the master cylinder . The piston c clip had come off which allowed the piston to push into the chamber and wouldn't come back out . I had to remove it with a blast of compressed air from the opposite end . came out like a bullet . luckily I put it over a bucket with news paper in . All I need now is a new c clip . Does anybody Know what size they are on a grimeca ?
  3. Hi im trying without success to back bleed the front brake on my montesa 315 .Ive pushed the pistons right back and the bleed nipple is a 1/4 turn open yet no matter how hard I squeeze the syringe nothings happening . Any advice will be much appreciated .

Still no joy . petcock clear ,petrol comes through with no pipe on . Petrol cap breather clear . Took carb apart . All looks good . Put it back together & still petrol wont come down the pipe .

Hi i've got a fuel problem on my montesa 315 . I haven't used it for a couple of months so I decided to give the carb a clean and at the same time I replaced the old fuel line with a new one . Now there is no fuel coming out of the petcock . It comes out with no pipe on . so the petcocks not blocked and the fuel line isn't trapped or kinked .
