    Hi Fantic 240 motor. Thanks for the advice much appreciated. I will try your suggestions and hopefully I can sort the front forks out. The brake drum re-line option sounds good to me I shall get searching on line for this type of service.

    Hi all I have a 79 Fantic 156cc and the front forks stay locked in place when under weight. They do return but never back to the start position sticking badly, any solutions? Also my front brake drum as a nasty 3/4 inch gouge in the centre of the drum about 1/4 inch deep again any solutions on a repair? Last one is the clutch lever pin showing signs of gearbox oil leaking past it, suggestions on a cure please.
