Thanks I was on page 57 of the Honda 100-350cc OHC Singles 1969-1982 Service repair maintenance manual by clymer and it has a picture showing a “stationary pointer” at the bottom of the case. See attached photos. It may be for a different year.

Does anybody know where to find the stationary pointer mark for TDC on a 74 TL125 K1 case?
