  1. Sound mate have got ring them get some other parts do appreciate everyone's help and support many thanks to everyone putting a comment in.
  2. Think I seen same picture this morning that's probably fell off mine then mate must get one orderd much appreciate you taking the time out to help.
  3. I bet it doesn't move a mm mate just checked it not had problems with brake just the chain but Thankyou for your input
  4. I Dnt think the line is the problem tbh as it's touching frame at bottom I mean I can do engine conversions in cars gearboxes head gaskets etc just never touched a bike only rode them but clever enough to know it's not an out of line problem I'd say more chain stretched or no rubber chain slip people keep saying
  5. There's two holes already there on mine one is a hole the other as a bolt holding bash plate to frame
  6. Ok originally they was straight out but then the noise came I've took them up to were they are but noise still there.maybe not as much when take the bike off the stand as when on stand.maybe the bike had the rubber guide originally when purchased and fell off dwn field Wich gave the noise an made the snails move up more not a clue tbh.
  7. Possibly with the movement in the snails were my finger is showing is were the pointer was before the noise started
  8. I had the bike probably bout 6 mnths been on it twice was sound had it in bedroom for a month or so got it out went dwn road onto field as come off field jump up and onto carpark an notice a rattle on chain when looked the chain was running on frame. In this picture the snail.pointer now faces up before the noise started it was were my finger is
  9. The wheel is set so the marks are exact same both sides of bike on the snails. The chain is noisey on the frame not the sprockets
  10. Nope I can't see what picture your talking about quote the picture
  11. Chain can't be to tight.the more I loosen the worse it is. It basically set so when turn the snails the tensioner lowers to.1.5 cm and the snails are just biting on the swing arm any looser they Dnt touch the swing arm
  12. You said in my first picture I have a screw missing.with picture are.you looking at cos the first is from underneith the bike and I can't see any holes for a screw to be missing as I've never touched one before
  13. The noise is the chain on the frame not the shifter mate I can old the chain off the frame with my fingers and quiet as a mouse
  14. You looking at a different picture to me I think mate and yes I seen the shifter to low earlier as chain as marked it.
  15. I'll one on because the other thing have noticed is before chain rattled the snail lugs on the wheel was straight out the back since the noise came I tried getting chain to a tension but now the snail lugs point up not out back if you get what am saying as if originally there was something that fell off an now the wheel adjusters go further round before tension is pulled on the chain
  16. Maybe I'm missing something Weres the screw that's missing I just see two and they seem to be in.
  17. So they Dnt have them standard. wouldn't of thought from factory chain would rattle on frame.so there as to be an underlining problem somewhere as never did the noise when first got it just come off field and noticed it sounding ruff. I'll go buy a rubber guide see if makes a difference also I'll order new chain and sprockets
  18. This is what am saying all the pics of 2003 2005 2006 I'm zooming in on to try see if they have or haven't look to me like they haven't and that rubber bit came out in 2013 on the newer bikes
  19. What for a 2004 model as the gas gas manual doesn't say it has that part on my year an all the ones I seen on net zooming in for detail Dnt seem to have the rubber pad and I.Dnt know.anyone with a gas gas to check there's mines the chrome frame pro.
  20. Chain was rubbing on tensioner when purchased the bike as had slight bend. since as been.straightened. The 04 parts manual doesn't list any frame rubber chain guide they seem to be 2013 models that have the rubber guide hence protectors
  21. Any one have a picture of there 2004 model were the frame and front sprocket are see if there's have the rubber chain guide
  22. Dnt think the 04 pro as the rubber bit ya mention mate as it's not listed in the parts manual and Google says that's 2013 onwards mine is 2004.
